the front desk staff was amicable. the room was very good sized and the bed was amazing.

i found that housekeeping was late in servicing the rooms. i returned at 4:40pm and both rooms were not done.

I appreciated the spacious room. It had a luxurious king bed. a large bath was also present. the smart tv added convenience. i had a rich breakfast. It was pampering. the hotel location is excellent. It is close to many shops.

some outlets did not function correctly in my suite, though it was comfortable.

the building displays a very historical appearance. it looks like a castle. when you travel by the port, you can spot it easily. this makes navigating and finding your way back straightforward.

The building has fine views from the terrace, i really liked it. rooms are comfortable and well kept, a big plus. the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was great with freshly made omelets, so delicious!

The surrounding area felt unsafe. It was a bit concerning. i was approached several times by strangers near the hotel entrance. i hope they enhance security measures.
